Our process for listing your home always starts with a thorough walkthrough. I’ll get a feel for the style of your home, take measurements, and determine what steps we should take for the best possible return.
2. CREATE THE DESIGN PLAN
After the walkthrough, I’ll create an individual design plan to help your home stand out and appeal to buyers. I’ll also connect you with additional resources if needed, including our Windermere Ready program.
3. PREPARE FOR MARKET
We’ll fine-tune your home with cleaning and window washing. Then I’ll stage from the outside in, accounting for the buyers journey through your home. For example, your front porch is their first stop… it deserves extra attention!
My recommendations to get your property ready for market may include home improvements like painting, new flooring, new lighting, or repairs. These updates help us maximize your profits and sell your home at a higher listing price.
